How rescheduling, cancellation, the Content Day deposit, and membership time work.
Cancellation and rescheduling
- Free reschedule up to 48 hours before the session (one move per booking).
- Cancel 48+ hours ahead: full refund or studio credit, the client's choice.
- Cancel within 48 hours: 50% of the booking is charged. No-shows: charged in full.
- Late arrivals: the session still ends at its scheduled time.
- Content Day deposit: non-refundable, transferable once within 60 days.
- Memberships: unused hours don't roll over to the next month.
